OUR STORY
The Paragons Leadership Initiative began its transformative journey in 2018 with a simple yet powerful vision: to raise and mentor the next generation of African leaders who represent all the ideals of leadership, serve their communities and lead change.
What started as a modest initiative quickly blossomed into a robust platform for leadership development. Since our inception, we have trained over 500 prefects across Abia, Akwa Ibom, and Cross River States, witnessing remarkable growth and excellence among the participants. Our commitment to nurturing the next generation of African leaders has not only elevated individual prefects but has also inspired a ripple effect of positive change within their schools and communities.
